2016 SCALE WILLAMETTE VALLEY PINOT NOIR
This bold & captivating wine opens with effusive floral aromas of violet and hyacinth intermingled with hints of powdered chocolate, black licorice, freshly ground coffee beans and Santa Rosa plums, creating a sophisticated and soulful bouquet that is characteristic of the 2016 vintage. The palate is expansive and expressive, showing a completeness and depth. The entry exposes juicy blackberry and black cherry along with defined flavors of morel mushroom, crushed raspberry and sassafras, supported by fine grained tannins that lead into a velvety finish with the essence of dark chocolate lingering on your palate.

2018 Savvy B Sauvignon Blanc Farella Vineyard Coombsville Napa Valley
This wine is dreamlike, with remarkable balance, focused fruit and a long, palate offering a long, focused, refreshing finish. The wine was fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness, the wine’s uplifted aromatics and fabulous notes of citrus, tropical fruit, crushed rock, white flowers, honeyed melon and tangerine are generous and frankly hard to resist.

2017 Red Wine Blend Napa Valley
This delicious red blend of several different wine grapes sourced from some of the most coveted vineyards in Napa Valley. With a seductive and alluring mix of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache and Counoise that is aged in a combination of both new & used French oak. It captivates you with aromas of briar fruits and dried cherry which are accented by slight hints of vanilla. On the palate, layers of blueberry, mulberry and boysenberry give way to an edge of espresso, cracked pepper and a sprinkling of fall spice.

2018 SCALE Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
This Cabernet Sauvignon immediately draws you in with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and black cherry. Savory spice aromas of sage, clove, and nutmeg compliment the fruit and bring depth and complexity. These flavors carry over to the palate, which has a rich, creamy texture balanced by a crisp, fresh backbone of acidity. The tannins are bold yet seamless and silky, while the lengthy finish gives the impression of blackberries dusted with baker’s chocolate.

2016 SCALE Chardonnay Haynes Vineyard Coombsville
This rich, ripe, irresistible Chardonnay exudes flavors of mandarin orange, and lemon custard, providing a veritable citrus circus on the palate. In spite of the great acidity the wine remains lush and long.

2015 SCALE Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
This wine exhibits a deep ruby color; the aromatics highlight bright baking spices along with complex dark cherry and blackberry aromas. The luscious mouth feel is both broad and expansive on the palate; showcasing red licorice, dark cherry, along with notes of Moroccan spice with hints of cola. The silky texture belies the great structure and balance of this wine leading to a long and juicy finish.
